La ubicación del hotel. El primer día no funcionó el agua caliente, se fundió el foco del baño, no se hicieron las camas en ambos días, las camas estaban muy duras, la comida le hacía falta sazón.

The staff’s friendliness and the pool and garden area are nice. However, there was no availability to pay the full stay upon arrival, the shower had very low water pressure, and there was no restocking of toiletries or shower supplies. Only two small pillows were provided.
