המלון מאד מפנק, חדרים גדולים לקחנו עם מרפסת לים היה מהמם. הבריכה גדולה ולא הרגיש דחוס חדר האוכל מפנק ושפע של מאכלים. הקרבה לים היתה כייפית בכל רגע אפשר פשוט לרדת לחוף ולחזור בנוחות. הצוות קבלה לא שרותי בכלל ולא מקצועי, רק בגללם החוויה היתה לא נעימה. בקשנו כשומרי שבת בהזמנה להאריך את השהות (בתשלום כמובן) אמרו שאין בעיה ושהתשלום התבצע בצק אין, כשהגענו הפקידה אמרה שהמנהל לא מצאתי ושהיא לא יכולה לאשר כזה דבר ניסינו במשך השבת לשכנע גם את מנהל המשמרת ללא הצלחה, אפילו הצענו לשלם על לילה נוסף רק בשביל להשאר עד מוצ"ש המשך שהייה והם העדיפו להוציא אם המשפחה מהחדר בשלוש (צאת שבת בשבע) שיצאו וישבו מחוץ למלון עד מוצ"ש . נרסו את כל החוויה

ארוחת בוקר מעולה, בריכה ממש נעימה ומחוממת ומיקום טוב על הטיילת. באתר מפורסם שיש חדר פלייסטיישן אבל זו הטעייה בפרסום אין חדר כזה
