The rooms were clean, but there was no proper storage—only one small wardrobe that opens only halfway on a sliding mechanism, and a single chair; the bed was the only place to sit, so we had to sit on the floor for small items. Support staff were basically absent or unresponsive, with no replies to repeated phone calls. After 9 pm to 9 am there was only one person on duty, who was often hard to reach and lucky to answer your call and meet your needs. There is no decent vegetarian hotel nearby; a kettle with tea sachets and sugar is provided, but you have to travel a long way for decent breakfast or dinner, and there is no room service to bring food packets for breakfast or dinner.

There was no breakfast, and the shops were far away, so you had to rent a car for food, which was pricey. We also needed extra pillows for the two of us, but the bedsheets were sandy and the covers had stains. Dogs barked all night.
