Everything was better than expected

The room was nice and Sara was amazing! She was very welcoming and professional. Nothing else.

The location was good. But I could hear the next room over for two nights straight because the doors were adjoined, and it was hard for my kids to sleep.

The spot was decent and the breakfast hit the mark, but the place was far from spotless—broken windows, a pool that looked unclean, and a bathtub with rust.

The location was solid, right next to all the eateries and shops, yet the 1st‑floor room by the back door and stairs was noisy; you could hear everything, even the front desk. A large roach or water bug was in the shower, the tub had no stopper, and there was no safety lock on the door.
