The location was perfect, with the cathedral and old town just a 10-minute walk away, and the Lanxess Arena a mere 5 minutes' stroll.
The owner's warm welcome and personalized service made me feel instantly at home.

Easy to locate, very friendly reception, helpful with parking, clean, and well‑situated. The price was very fair, even for the minibar. I would come back anytime.

Very well located, right near Deutzer Bahnhof, a friendly host who gives good information. Good beds and very clean.

The hotel is very close to the Arena.
The location is perfect next to Koelnmesse. The room was nice with excellent soundproofing that kept the heat out (no AC needed because I was below the roof). It was cleaned and prepared daily with care. Lutz is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
The owner was very caring and stayed with me at the reception longer because my train was delayed; he compensated me and switched my room to one with a bigger bed ;) thank you again
