Modern, spacious and warm, and the location lets me enjoy beautiful sunsets every night; I also appreciate the little freezer in the mini‑fridge, but the bed is quite firm.

While I was on the porch watching the All Blacks, a man approached the deck and demanded any spear cash from me—completely unacceptable.

Clean and tidy, but I’d suggest providing fly spray for summer visitors.

Very clean. Comfy bed. Great view of the river. Close to shops. 2 bedside tables and 2 dining chairs would have been good. Lockbox entry was tricky as the number 9 was stuck. After some encouragement it finally worked
