The location was quiet and close to a metro stop, yet the room was far too small for four people – there was no room for our suitcases and it felt like a double‑room with an extra double bed tacked on.

The spot is extremely convenient, right next to the MRT and surrounded by shops, eateries and laundry services, everything you could need. Housekeeping was great – a quick press of a button got the cleaning staff in right away with no time limits. For the price, the value is impressive, staying in such a prime area is a real plus. The bathroom had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water, which was excellent. However, the soundproofing was terrible; you could hear every conversation, TV and even the loud fights of other guests, making it unsuitable for light sleepers or anyone who values quiet. Because of that, families with children should probably skip this place, as the constant noisy altercations are hard to explain to kids. The air‑conditioning weakened late at night, waking me with heat. Room furnishings are acceptable for the price, but the indoor air felt stagnant and occasional smoking by other guests sent smoke through the ducts; better ventilation would improve things.
