Everything was excellent, especially the warm hospitality and outstanding service; a special shout‑out to Mr. Vihaga from the restaurant team for his exceptional customer service—he was welcoming, attentive, friendly, and highly professional, truly a valuable member of the hotel team. Nothing to complain about; everything exceeded our expectations.
