The location is good, but the reception is far from the main building.

The location was perfect—right in the city, and since I was riding, it was easy to reach most nearby spots. The washroom cleanliness could have been a bit better.

I booked a room at Spiro Grand, but when I got there they claimed it had already been assigned to someone else; I presented all my payment and booking evidence at the front desk, yet they refused to accept it, and the receptionist behaved fraudulently.

The hotel’s location and cleanliness were excellent, and the facilities and room size were impressive, making it a very nice place with very good rooms.
