The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

I was shocked; they cancelled one of my rooms and I never got a refund.

The place was very shabby, not up to IHG standards; the internet didn’t work at all, breakfast was very sparse, and the price‑value ratio was completely off.

The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is just a stone's throw from the beach.

The beach is a great distance away, but the views could be way better; breakfast was decent and very clean, yet the AC unit had crackers stuck inside from previous guests, and the electricity went out several times at night, creating a noise from high winds that woke us up, and the staff never addressed it.
