The location was excellent, close to the beach and the town. The owner was very pleasant and did everything to make us comfortable. The room was very clean and fresh, and the balcony offered a sea view. The cornetti at breakfast were good. It would have been helpful to know in advance that there are many stairs up and that breakfast is served at a nearby bar.

We stayed at this place and it was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and we slept without any noise at all. The owner is incredibly sweet, friendly, and super helpful, greeting us warmly and even giving us great tips on the best spots to visit in Gaeta. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality – we’ll definitely come back! ❤️ Thanks, thanks, thanks!

The stairs were a bit of a hassle, but we managed a bit of a ride. and it was a bit noisy because I was there on a weekday. I don’t like air conditioning, so I just shut the window and turned it on. Recommendation.
