Everything was great, I liked it all.

The door lock was broken, so I had to walk through the parking lot several times before finally being moved to a smaller room; my family crammed into that tiny space, the pool was filthy, the carpet was grimy, and the room felt like a sweat lodge.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the sink drained slowly, the bathroom vent fan was broken, and the floor squeaked.

The place and the staff were fine, but you should warn guests that a bunch of teenagers will be staying for multiple nights and will keep people up all night.
