We were mistakenly given a bungalow; when the mistake was noticed, they handed us clean sheets and told us where to go. We had to make the beds ourselves. We tried to reach the owner, who only replied via WhatsApp and explained the issue, promising to update us but never followed through.

A lovely spot surrounded by greenery, with tidy cottages, helpful staff, and the sea just 200 m away—highly recommended.

The campsite is laid out nicely, offering good privacy and quiet, yet the accommodation didn’t match the description and suffered numerous technical problems: doors wouldn’t lock, one room didn’t even have a door, the bedding was incomplete, and the staff only spoke Italian with barely any English, making communication almost impossible. Although the listing said I could park at the site, I was still told to leave my car at a distant parking lot.

The campsite is very quiet and the supermarket is close enough for shopping, and the beach is truly nearby. The main street is a bit dangerous, but the staff are incredibly friendly. The downside is that the address is actually in Senigalia, about 8 km away, which is the district of Senigalia.

The place is beautiful, tucked in a calm pine forest, and the owner is very helpful and kind. The cabins have air conditioning and are very comfortable; windows have mosquito nets and blinds for daytime rest. The shower is very convenient, sealed to prevent splashing, and includes a wall‑mounted hair dryer. Each cabin has a small terrace with a table for dining outdoors and a drying line. Within about 5 minutes from the pine forest you reach the stunning beaches, both private and large, clean and with showers. Parking at Lulù’s oasis is very convenient for visiting nearby spots. Senigallia is also lovely, just 7 km away. It was a wonderful vacation, 🤩.
