I liked how close it was to the Amtrak train station. My room was dirty, with hair in the shower and dust on the floor; the coffee machine was unclean, and there was no refrigerator in the room. The staff mixed up my reservation and told me my checkout time was earlier than what I had booked; I had to show them a screenshot proving I had reserved for 3 days and 2 nights. Additionally, my room key card stopped working.

The staff were really nice, and the location was very good. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn’t work very well; I set it to cool, it read 62°F, and the room still felt warm, especially on a hot day. That was the only small thing.

The room was big. The fact that my jacuzzi didn’t work was disappointing.
