“horrible”
I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel, where the staff seemed unwelcoming and passive-aggressive from the start. They failed to inform us that card payments only were accepted, which added to the frustration. The package we booked was overpriced, and to make matters worse, the spa facilities were out of order. The limited menu options were unappetizing, and the kitchen only operated until 6 pm, leaving us with no choice but to go hungry or leave the premises.
