The staff were super warm and the place is in a great spot, but the maintenance is a nightmare. The room door was broken and had to be replaced, the whole room smelled like mold, the bathroom was old and filthy, and the wardrobe was unusable because of the damp. Only one maid, and she never used bleach. On top of that, the TV costs 9500 pesos to watch. Still, the staff tried hard day and night to fix things.

I liked the location, but the orange juice at breakfast was inedible and the overall price/quality was a total letdown.

The location is fine, but the room had no Wi‑Fi, only a prepaid TV, a dirty bathroom, half‑cut old towels, and a messy laundry area with no supervision. The reception lady was friendly, but the breakfast was cheap and the staff were eating next to you—egg and avocado were not included. I won’t come back.
