Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
We used the hotel with friends, but the price difference was minimal, so we booked separate rooms. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and the housekeeping was thorough. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, so we relaxed in the lounge with a welcome drink.

The cleaning was well done. The breakfast was tasty. The staff were smiling and the atmosphere was pleasant. The TV remote had a dead battery, so the TV wouldn't turn on. When I called the front desk, they promptly brought a replacement remote and handled the situation well.

The staff were courteous. The response to inquiries was slow.

The station was close and easy to find. I would have liked a newspaper to be provided.
