We booked the accommodation a month in advance, but on arrival they told us that a local event was blocking our reservation for one night and we had to find somewhere else, with no compensation or prior notice—just an on‑the‑spot announcement. The single night we stayed in that room was awful: dust everywhere, a dirty bathroom, and sheets with stains.

Everything would have been fine if we had received the room for two families as ordered. If you travel 400 km and then discover you have no room, it’s simply a disaster. The owner’s reaction was silent, but the receptionist managed the situation, and I thank her for that.
