The room was roomy enough for a family with children, making it a solid choice for our stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori; the room was large and tidy, the staff were very friendly, everything was spotless, and the location was convenient with shops, restaurants, and metro stations within walking distance.

Les instal·lacions eren molt modernes i molt ben cuidades. Tenint en compte les dimensions habituals de les habitacions a la ciutat, és molt espaiós i ens hi podíem moure còmodament (érem 4 i portàvem 2 maletes grans cadascun, a més de les motxilles). El personal també molt amable, ens van ajudar en tot moment i tenien preparada una mena de gimcana per l'hotel i ens ho vam passar molt bé. Vam enviar les maletes a l'hotel a través de l'empresa de transport Yamato i van arribar el mateix dia que nosaltres. Nosaltres vam arribar al migdia i les maletes durant el matí, però ens van cobrar per guardar-nos-les. No és una queixa, perquè gràcies que ho fan, però en altres establiments no ens havien cobrat. No obstant, l'últim dia quan vam marxar, també ens van guardar l'equipatge i no ens van cobrar
