The location is centrally located and the staff are available. A small suggestion to improve the breakfast further: it would be appreciated to have some savory options for those who don’t eat cold cuts, plus butter and at least one type of plant‑based milk, so that the selection is more varied and suitable for everyone.

The host was very nice, and we arrived in Ravenna after the check‑in time, which was no problem; the location is great, just a few steps to the city centre; although you can’t park directly at the accommodation, we always found a spot within about 5 minutes on foot, and driving to the sea takes roughly 20 minutes; breakfast is good, and the kitchen is available all day with cutlery, dishes, snacks, drinks, and a microwave—handy if you prefer a quick bite instead of going out. Everything else was perfect.
