The staff was okay, but the room was a mess and nothing matched the pictures; I was promised a smoke‑free room and didn’t receive one, there were bugs, and the faucet didn’t even work properly, making me feel tricked by the photos.

The rooms were clean and the shower was nice, but the hallways were dingy, dark, and gloomy—clearly needing updates, and the air conditioning had a faint odor.
