The spot was spot on, right on a quiet street but still within walking distance to Tirana’s main sights. The team was super friendly and even arranged cheaper airport taxis for me. My room was spotlessly clean and comfy, and the Wi‑Fi was good enough for what I needed. The only minor gripe was that the Wi‑Fi could have been stronger, but overall everything else was excellent!

La struttura è davvero bella e accogliente, le stanze pulite e moderne. La titolare è molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha addirittura aiutati prenotando un taxi per noi per portarci in aeroporto. Servizio davvero ottimo, ritorneremo!

Hotel Bien, ubicado a pie se puede llegar a todo sin problema. Rodeado de varios puntos de comida y tiendas. No me gustó que yo reserve un tipo de habitación amplia y más cómoda a través de Booking y no me asignaron esas; me querían cobrar extras.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Preis‑Leistungsverhältnis gefällt mir sehr. Es ist jedoch kein klassisches Hotel, es gibt keine Rezeption oder Ähnliches.

The place sits in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from Skanderbeg Square and all the main tourist spots. A mini‑market is right outside, and there are plenty of coffee shops and eateries nearby, plus a must‑try byrek spot just around the corner. Ana is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond, always available and ready to help, making me feel welcomed and cared for the whole time. I’d highly recommend staying here and would love to return soon. Thank you so much, Ana, for such a wonderful stay! ❤️ I have no complaints—everything was wonderful.
