I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while it exceeded my expectations in many ways, there was one area that left me feeling a bit disappointed. The hotel's cleanliness, amenities, and comfort were all top-notch, making my stay feel truly luxurious. From the plush bedding to the modern amenities, I felt right at home. However, the staff's behavior fell short of my expectations, with some interactions feeling a bit impersonal and lacking in warmth.
