“Lugar tranquilo y cómodamente situado en la ciudad. Incómodo por el tratamiento del A/C.”

The staff were truly extraordinary. The cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel is in a great spot to explore Logroño, just a 5‑10 minute walk on foot to the city centre, in a very quiet and well‑connected area. The room climate control was a problem for me, an extraordinary issue. It depends on what is set on the calendar. Reception can turn the A/C on or off if you ask (you have to talk to them). You cannot choose in the room whether you want the A/C or not. It was hot, very hot, I needed a cool place, but that wasn’t possible because it was programmed that way. The A/C only blew heat, because that was what it was set to. Also, even if you don’t want it, heating was on because it was. I had to ask them to turn off the A/C and sleep with the window open to be minimally comfortable. This situation is very uncomfortable and certainly unacceptable.

“Good value hotel”

We rode our bikes to the hotel and were able to lock our bikes in a dedicated, secure room in the underground parking overnight. The room was spacious, as was the shower area. The bed was comfortable. The Wi‑Fi was excellent and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was very good. For a city‑centre hotel it offered good value for money. It felt a bit bland and dated, but honestly there was nothing to dislike. Nothing else to mention.
