Everything about the place was outstanding; this was the second time my family and I stayed at the Executive House, and it’s our go‑to spot in Newcastle. Everything was 100%, nothing to mention.

I chose a “smoke preference” room, which was listed as an option on the booking site and was why I booked this unit instead of others. When I tried to contact the host through the “talk to host” feature, I never received a reply. Upon arrival, guests were told that smoking was not allowed, which was disappointing. I’m still waiting for a response from the host.
