The staff were attentive and available, the bed was very comfortable, and the room décor was very pretty, yet the universal AC remote sometimes misconfigures.

The spot is convenient, just a 10‑minute walk from the city center, close to the Pedra Furada hike, the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home, and the breakfast is amazing.

The room did its job, with working AC, hot shower, and a fridge; it was spotless and Renata was always ready to help, even adding a nice towel décor on the bed, but the pillows were a sheet of paper—awkwardly uncomfortable, though we managed to get two more pillows from Renata.
