The place was spotless and nicely decorated, and the staff were super friendly; Maple Creek itself is a cute little town with plenty of restaurants, but the hotel sits right next to the train tracks, which can be a bit noisy.

Beata Krisko surprised us with her excellent service, and the other staff were also very helpful when we asked questions; our room was roomy, had a fridge we needed, and a very comfy bed, but we only stayed two days and could have enjoyed the lodge for another one or two days.

We, a couple, stayed in a double queen non‑smoking room that was a good size; the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked very well, the bathroom and towels were clean, the double sinks were a nice bonus, and breakfast offered a few choices for everyone. However, the cable was offered but did not connect to any of the channels supposedly identified on the paper listing provided.
