“No porter service, No bellman”

The location is next to the mall, Pavilion, but the staff kept saying “everything is self‑service” about the porter service at check‑in. We had five pieces of luggage and asked them to bring them to our room, only to be told we had to carry them ourselves, so we pushed a trolley and ended up hurting a toenail. The hotel is rated four stars but doesn’t actually offer porter service, and seeing staff busy with luggage was the worst experience ever.

“Family staycation”

The room was nice and roomy, the location was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly, but there was no parking and we had to use a paid valet service.

The hotel is very close to PAVILLION MALL, the staff—especially Miss Thania—were extremely friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely return to Malaysia, and the breakfast had an exceptionally large variety of foods, highly recommended 👌

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially since I arrived at 1 PM even though the standard check‑in is 3 PM; they managed to ready my room quickly, letting me check in just a few minutes later, which was great after arriving early. The room itself was clean, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.
