Loved the location. Everything was clean. Great breakfast, Stefano the concierge was so helpful and knowledgeable. The weather was exceptionally hot in Naples and the air conditioning I’m not sure was working.

I stayed in the Juniorsuite on the 3rd floor, and the location was great because everything was within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and even had a kettle and tea. However, the air‑conditioning barely worked in one of the two rooms even when set to the coldest setting, and when I first checked in the room hadn’t been cooled; it was at least 35 °C outside and I walked into a hot room. After a long day outside, I couldn’t cool down in that room except by taking a constantly cold shower. A fan would have helped, and the lift was ancient and not very reassuring, but I still used it with a nervous feeling because three floors felt like a lot in that heat, though it was useful for my luggage.

The place was clean and well‑located, but the air‑conditioning was insufficient, and the apartment’s furnishings and finishes didn’t match the historic building. The light blocking was ineffective.
