“Кошмарно преживяване”

Absolutely nothing! Obviously the “villa” is attached to the main hotel, and when it’s full, guests are put in that nightmare place. Let me list the shortcomings I witnessed: – Missing rail on the terrace railing, which made it life‑threatening for a small child (see photos)! Knowing you’ll have a child and leaving the terrace in that state is enough to alarm you. – A broken bed that was supported on one side with an extra bar. – Scratched contacts that made me doubt whether it was safe to use. – Smell from the bathroom drain. – A clogged drain that wouldn’t let water run and the shower area turned into a huge puddle. – The sheets smelled awful! I doubted whether they had been changed before we arrived (a manager I spoke to claimed they used a laundry service, but given the smell I’m harshly skeptical). In the evening we found a BUG in the bed! – Considering the price, having no breakfast is laughable. Overall, there was a total lack of any care. After all that, we had to leave early because the situation was unbearable.

The room itself was tidy and comfy, with a very cozy bed and pillows, and I especially liked the nice balcony. The spot was spot-on and very central—right beside the bus station and pier, with plenty of eateries and bars nearby. There’s also a 10 % discount at the food court outside the hotel, which was a nice perk. Paid parking costs €15 per day—slightly pricey, but still cheaper than some other parking options. Unfortunately, the biggest problem that ruined the stay for me was the smell coming from the bathroom. A very strong, foul, almost toxic odor was hard to pinpoint but extremely noticeable, which was very unpleasant and concerning, and it outweighed the otherwise positive aspects of the visit.

The location was perfect. There were no parking spaces at the hotel, and there were no convenient spots to put belongings in the bathroom.

The room was great, we had a harbour view and enjoyed the sunset in the evening. Overall, the room was nice. The room wasn’t cleaned properly; the floor was never washed, dust was everywhere. Surfaces were clean, but overall cleaning was lacking.

The location is great. In a double room, it was nice that I was alone because if we had been two people I don’t know how we would have fit. There were plenty of towels because the room was probably double, but the toilet paper was a bit thin.
