The breakfast was good. Customer service varied depending on who handled complaints. I filed two complaints about the freezer and the air conditioner, and they came and said it was working. At the third complaint they finally replaced it.

The location was very convenient to the train station. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. However, the rain shower misfired and housekeeping forgot to leave a milk packet one night.

Everything is great—the location, the staff, the restaurant, the food, the drinks, and the setting. Chiara at the front desk was very attentive, professional, and friendly. Lorenzo at the restaurant has a great personality, is professional, and is attentive. I love this place.

朝食がとても美味しかったです。また、１階のレストランで夕食も食べましたが、とても美味しく、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフの方も、皆さん明るく楽しそうに仕事されていたのが印象的です！. 今年リニューアルしたという情報があったのですが、そのような感じはなかったのが残念です。
