Clean room, central area near the metro and tram. Breakfast is excellent, though a bit pricey. Staff always smile and ready to help. Every day we were left with two water bottles in the room. The bathroom is spotless. The area is decent, with a market, coffee, and food nearby.

Very friendly staff, abundant delicious breakfast, good location. The historic sights are within walking distance, and the big bazaar is about a 10‑15 minute walk.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good and varied, and the location close to public transport is a real plus.

The hotel staff are wonderful, from the young guy greeting guests at the door to the housekeeper lady who asked with a big smile if I needed anything. Great location, very nice view from the terrace where breakfast is served. The room is small but as described. Sometimes it was loud when someone entered another room and talked loudly.
