“Unfortunately not a good experience”
The staff were very friendly and the location was fine, but we were disappointed because the room was a bit run down and dark, and for the price we expected more; the worst part was eating at the restaurant—trying the Western food made us ill, the restaurant charges twice as much as normal places, and the food had a strange smell, yet we kept eating; I’d stick to local food next time.
The atmosphere was comfortable.

The view was lovely, but the hotel felt dated, there was no elevator and the stairs were uneven and noisy, we had to go down two flights and back up twice just to reach the breakfast room via the reception, and when we asked to shorten our stay from three days to two because of the stairs they refused any refund, which was disappointing; this is another poor experience after a second bad stay in two months.
The restaurant had most items unavailable.
