“It was ok but could have been better. Need to update descriptions on booking.com platform.”

The spot was spot on for what I was doing there, and the breakfast came on time but was tiny and plain. The staff—especially Belinda, Pricilla, and Steven—were great. My room was clean and comfy, but I didn’t feel it was worth the price. A family member had to change rooms three times, and my room was clean and comfy but still not worth the price. The rooms I booked for weren’t recorded in the hotel’s system, so I had to wait before getting a room. All in all, a 5/10.

“Charlotte made our stay more comfortable than it would have been otherwise.”

Charlotte at the front desk was fantastic; she went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, even though she hadn’t been told we were coming and had only been working there a short time. She deserves praise and could be an excellent desk receptionist or manager with proper training. Mothballs were everywhere, even in the refrigerator, making it unusable, and they were in the bathroom sink. A nearby venue was hosting an event, and the noise was really loud, which I can’t hold against the hotel. They charge a higher rate than average for the cedi; the rate elsewhere we traveled was 15.5, but the manager I spoke to on the phone said the rate there was 16.00 for the cedi, so we ended up paying more than what was quoted online. They should indicate that on their website so customers know in advance of the rate change.
