The hotel offers unbeatable views. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again! It’s perfect for a break from routine and to connect with nature and the wonderful landscapes around.

“Amazing location, great view and better food”

I spent 2 days and 1 night visiting Sierra de Francia and its nearby villages, and this hotel turned out to be a real gem; the view of the wide valley was truly breathtaking and made my trip even better. The food was also excellent, especially the paella they serve. I tried the Arroz Negro (black rice) to try something new, and it was super yummy! I made sure to clean the dish with the bread too 😂

“Una experiencia lamentable.”

The location was fine. The experience was terrible. I would not recommend this place, especially because of the lack of security and maintenance of its facilities. The worst was not only the lack of maintenance but also the treatment from the owners. 1. The pool was in awful condition and had dangerous elements. It was full of leaves and insects, and we had to use a net to clean it before swimming. The water level was so low that the skimmers couldn't work properly. When I complained, the owner said she couldn't fill the pool more because, according to her, the rooms would run out of running water. Later, chlorine was added and a worrisome foam appeared in the water. The pool showers didn't work either. But the most serious thing was finding screws and anchors protruding from the ground around the pool. I hurt my foot on one of them. It's unacceptable that a barefoot walking area has these dangerous elements. 2. Advertised services didn't match reality. The room didn't have the advertised fan and the mosquito net was completely broken. With the amount of insects, opening the window wasn't an option, while sleeping with the air conditioning was too cold. The café was another issue. Despite being advertised, the owners told us we couldn't have a simple coffee for its price: we had to pay the full breakfast of €8 per person. Consequently, we had to drive out of the property each morning to get a coffee. Moreover, the staff didn't know the prices of some items and couldn't tell us the correct price for a water bottle, charging us an apparently arbitrary amount. 3. Lack of cleanliness in the common areas.
