Everything was extremely clean and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The problem was that options such as massages and other treatments that were offered at the time of booking were not available on site.

We expected more from the hotel for that price. The room had no air‑conditioning or fan, so we had to ventilate by keeping the front door open, and insect nets were missing. There was a small pool with slides, which was fine. The breakfast was disappointing—very limited, unappetizing, and the food itself was not tasty.
