I was totally unsatisfied with all the facilities; the rooms were completely different from the photos, smelled dirty, had hot‑water problems, and everything was bad. Service was too poor and there was no response.

Complimentary toiletries were missing, the lift was an old model, and there was no complimentary breakfast.

The location was good and the reception staff were excellent. Cleaning, however, should be a regular practice and not just on request.

I booked this place for my parents because they said it’s very close to Hyderabad Deccan railway station, just a walk away, and the beds were in good condition. The rooms could have been cleaner.
