The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help and full of ideas, even handing out a umbrella if rain started and always up for a quick chat. The place itself was nice and tidy, with a cozy wooden feel. The only downside was that the blankets felt a bit thin and the bathroom trash cans could use occasional emptying.

The property was spotless and the hot shower worked great. The staff were very pleasant, assisting us with tour bookings and local transportation.

The staff were wonderful; for example, they searched multiple companies to find cheap shared rides for tours and were very courteous. They let us check out after the tour, so we could shower and then catch the return bus. The location might feel a bit off; from the bus terminal to the hotel is all downhill, so the trip down is easy, but the way back is a 10‑minute uphill slope. However, a tuk‑tuk to the terminal costs only 25 pesos, so that’s not a big issue. Dining options might be better closer to the bus terminal.
