I liked the friendly desk guy. The room was not clean, roaches, blood on the wall, poop on the wall, floors not clean. Even after speaking to the front desk. Room still was not cleaned. Stained sheets, roaches still in room, floors sticky with spots. Not cleaned

Quote Charles Barkley "TERRIBLE". Cancelled my reservation was told I was getting a refund, told me that the hotel had to submit a form to them showing the cancelled and refunded it but the two entities couldn't contact each other so I had to eat the cost

Availability. Dog poop on floor and blood stains on bed linen

Location was fine. The first room they put us in had puddles of water, and hair in the bathroom floor and tracked into the room like someone had just gotten out of the shower. Dust and hair on counter tops and furniture. It looked like the room had not been cleaned. The second room the floor was dirty and there was urine on the toilet, and the tub looked dirty
