“Very pleasant and comfortable place”

My stay at this hotel was excellent, with no complaints to report. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I had a great time during my visit.

“They never keep a promise. Promised late check out but they did not honor it”

Although the hotel's location was convenient, my stay was marred by several issues. They had initially agreed to a late check-in and late check-out, even confirming it via email, but when I arrived, they claimed all rooms were booked and no late checkout was available. This was extremely disappointing, as they failed to keep their promise.

The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, the lack of windows in my room made it not worth staying for an extended period. Luckily, I only spent one day there, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

While this hotel had some potential, it fell short in a few areas. I thought it would be great if they provided breakfast and offered filtered RO water, but unfortunately, they lacked a locker and a comfortable chair in the room.

I was pleased with the hotel's flexible check-in and check-out times, which allowed me to have a 12-hour window to come and go as I pleased. However, I felt that the rigid 12 pm to 11 am time frame could have been more accommodating for guests who may have had different schedules.
