Cozy spot with a lovely garden and a convenient location! Hosts Rita and Fritz are amazing, going above and beyond to make the stay memorable and joyful. Such a pleasant and wonderful experience. Thanks for having me.

The place is nice in the greenery, the hosts are very friendly. Unfortunately we were caught during the tropical storm and paradise turned into hell. Leaks in the bungalows and the garden turned into a river and mud. The guesthouse is not to blame, unfortunately.

It was all going well (nice garden, practical kitchen…) until…. … we were awakened at 3am by two burglars stealing in our room. I managed to make them leave but they had already taken a part of our money and an eletric razor. It was quite a traumatic experience and I don’t recommand it to anyone. Being burgled in the middle of the night is by far the worst event that happened to me in all my trips. We felt the onwer too indifferent regarding the situation (his wife was way more supportive) and we had to move to another resort to feel safe again. We learnt by locals that same events had already happened in the same area. Yet, very few means were put into place in this cottage… If you want to stay here and avoid the same experience, I’ll give you two tips : 1. Lock your door (and hope the burglar can’t force it) 2. Hide your money in different places (it’s all they’re after) And if you’re not looking for a « I’ve been burgled in the middle of the night » experience, I‘ll give you a third tip… 3. FIND A SAFER PLACE!!!!!

The cottage was small and cozy, but the water pressure was weak and there was a damp smell in the bedroom.
