The reception was friendly and the sheets were clean. The bathtub was dirty, the hall carpet was tired, faded, and wrinkly—overall it left a bad impression.

The spot is spot on, right between Clifton Hill and the road that leads to the falls. I've stayed here multiple times and found nothing to complain about.

The location, staff, and view were good. Parking was too expensive, and the breakfast voucher wasn’t valid for a single meal.

“Overall good price but the definition of you get what you pay for was what this hotel was. Personally wouldn’t book It”

The location was good. The pool area was very slippery and very dangerous. My daughter 1.5 years old and myself fell several times. It looked like It was newly renovated but the flooring was a very bad choice. The hotel didn’t have a lot of necessities to purchase like milk for people with younger children like myself. There was no fridge in the rooms so I had no choice but to constantly walk over to the gas station to buy milk., the walk wasn’t to far but It was very inconvenient to have to do this many times a day. They had an arcade area but no machine to get change and when I asked the staff at the front desk for change they told me they ran out and that once again I would have to go to the gas station for It. The rooms definitely need upgrading and I felt as though we didn’t have enough essentials. Body was would have been good to have or more shampoo and conditioner would have been great to. I never usually pack those things because every hotel we have stayed at had those essentials. We had a nice view but unfortunately the window from outside was so dirty we couldn’t see much except the little side window. Honestly this isn’t a hotel I would book again
