Great location. Host very helpful, even for an early check‑in. The room was welcoming and equipped with everything needed. Highly recommended.

The property sits on the tenth floor of a 1950s building in Mergellina. The room was fairly spacious, with a nice north‑facing terrace. We were greeted very cordially by the owner's son. Even on particularly hot days, the air‑conditioning was quiet and efficient, letting us sleep well. We did not use the breakfast service. The owner supplied us with lots of information via WhatsApp about local services and restaurants. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the building after check‑out time. The location is great if you want to stay in Mergellina and Posillipo (we chose it because we had to catch the ferry). It’s a bit off‑center from historic Naples, but still easily reachable by metro. The drawback of being away from the center is offset by the tranquility.

The apartment and rooms are very well cared for, clean, and equipped with all comforts. I felt very comfortable and returned a year later. The owners are welcoming and helpful. It’s well connected to metro line 2, so it’s super easy to get from the station, perfect if you need to go to the stadium area.
