This place was a total letdown. The moment I walked in, I could tell it was going to be a bad experience. The rooms were tiny and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages - there were stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. The staff didn't exactly win me over either, with their unprofessional attitude and complete lack of interest in helping me. I was expecting a bit more for the price I paid, but unfortunately, this place didn't even come close.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the hotel's 'all-inclusive' policy, which basically meant they nickle-and-dimed me for every little thing. The room was a cramped, dingy box with a 'balcony' that was just a glorified air vent. The staff seemed overwhelmed and undertrained, with one guy at the front desk looking like he'd rather be anywhere else. The 'free' breakfast was a sad, stale affair that I ended up skipping after one day.
