They never answered us, the place was sealed off, so we never got a room. It felt like a scam, we didn't stay at all. I wouldn't trust this place.

We couldn't get into the parking—gate stayed closed, calls went unanswered for half an hour. We had booked a month in advance, so that was frustrating. Luckily the hotel Zocalo was right next door, and their cabins were great with excellent service. Still, the parking issue was a major letdown.

The facilities were decent, but they handed us water as a “courtesy” and then charged us a crazy price. If they're going to charge, don't call it free. The next day they pulled the water supply, so we had to go to reception to get it back. Overall okay, but the water situation was annoying.
