The good connection by bus and train and the proximity to the center were positives, but the parking spaces were too small, poor, and confusing; our car suffered significant damage to the left rear door because of the narrow parking bays, and the culprit could not be identified as short‑stay guests kept arriving and no one reported it; breakfast offered little variety, always the same, no scrambled eggs, etc.; the bike storage was far too tight, forcing us to lift bikes over parked ones, which caused damage and paint scratches; the balcony seemed unsafe, with loose, loose tiles that made us hesitant to step onto it; the shower room was too cramped.
