The house is gorgeous and set up in a cozy way, but the mattresses are extremely hard, making the stay very uncomfortable for us.

The restored palace with its moat and gardens is impressive, the price is low, the surroundings are quiet, the bed is great, the room is large with a stylish glass bathroom, the host is very friendly, there’s a snooker table, and tea and coffee are complimentary. The location is remote, there’s no restaurant within 7 Km, the room décor is plain, and there is no bar.

Everything was perfect, a beautiful quiet place that seems made for perfect rest. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, the goats, donkeys and beautiful peacocks were adorable. The breakfast was excellent and abundant, and the bonus of having coffee and tea available anytime was very nice. We will definitely return.
