The location was convenient, just south of the interstate, so getting in and out was easy. But the young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed distracted by a conversation with another employee, which made the welcome feel unwelcoming.

I didn’t stay at the property because, even though I had a prepaid room, a confirmed booking, and a confirmation number of 6138166559 that I showed at the front desk, they claimed no record of my reservation. The staff member was helpful in contacting Comfort Inn Salina South to verify my booking, but the North Comfort Inn had no record of it, so I had to pay for a room at the South Salina location in full. They were full that night with two large groups, couldn’t accommodate me, and I was charged for a non‑refundable prepaid rate that I had chosen because I was certain I wouldn’t change it.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. The rooms, however, weren’t the nicest, especially the bathroom where the tub area was disgusting, so overall the room quality was below expectations.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

I was displeased with someone trying to open door on first night and someone opened door with keycard on the second day… glad I was standing next to door. The Housekeeper didn’t acknowledge herself
