The location is great and the receptionist was very helpful, but the shower didn’t heat up, the bed was hard, they didn’t provide soap or shampoo, and there was a cigarette smell when we arrived.

The mattress cover was rigid plastic and made noise when moving on the bed. The pillow and blanket had a strong odor. The room/mobility was old but the mold smell was intense, triggering my rhinitis right away
