The lady Novella had an unmatched sweetness, made us feel at home and pampered, attending to every little detail. The garden was enchanting and the terrace view was breathtaking, with the sea in front and the mountains on the sides. We slept very well.

Our stay went very well, the very clean and well‑maintained property fully met our expectations. The location was very convenient and, as the name suggests, offered a wonderful terrace view. The breakfast was average.

The courtesy of Mrs. Marianovella, the cleanliness, and the stunning terrace view were all excellent. The cost, although contained compared to the average in Versilia, was a drawback.

My husband and I stayed two days ago. The owner Marianovella was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The price‑quality ratio was excellent. The environment was quiet, clean, and surrounded by greenery. I highly recommend the place.

The courtesy, the place, and the cleanliness were all good. However, it might be better to note that the route to reach it is a bit winding and difficult, especially at night. With a long car, you need to make some maneuvers to turn in the curves. Everything else was fine, and the host was very kind and helpful.
